Ingredients by volume
Lavender Sweet*, Spearmint*, Eucalyptus Australiana*, Cedarwood Atlas*, Cypress*, Lemongrass*, Rosemary Cineol*, Wintergreen* (*Certified organic)

Aches and pains
Add 10 drops to a hot bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp Untouched Body cream/oil and rub gently into the affected area. Repeat as required.

Muscle relief and warm down
Add 10 drops to a hot bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp Untouched Body cream/oil and rub gently into the affected area. Repeat as required.

Energising - circulation boost
Add 10 drops to a hot bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp Untouched Body cream/oil and rub gently into the affected area. Repeat as required.

This oil blend is safe if applied as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentially ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
